This story starts yesterday....I went to go by some tomatoes to make some salsa, and I had hurd that Pettingills (hala) had the best tomatoes. Well they didn't have the tomatoes I was looking for but they had the most beautiful bell peppers and I didn't buy any because I was hoping that my plants at home would keep up with the demand. I did have enough to do yesterday's batch but not today's, so this morning after Parker went to school Normy and I went to go get the beautiful bell peppers at Pettingills. I ended up running a few more errands but we did get the bell peppers and we were headed back to get Parker from school (with plenty of time I might add), and we were going through Willard, and I got caught going 58 in a 45. I was really trying to pay attention to the speed I was going because I was not in a hurry we had PLENTY of time to get back to get Parker, but I wasn't doing as good of a job as I thought I was. My first pullover in the NASVAN! Officer Phil walks up and asks for my licence, registration, and proof of insurance. I had two of the three my proof of insurance card was getting in my way every time I walked out to get into the NASVAN but it has yet to make it into the NASVAN. He was a very nice officer and I had it all under control until he let me off with a warning and then I lost it. Let's remember that I do have extra hormones but I don't know what came over me. Normy was sitting in the front seat with the airbag off but I guess it is state law that kids can not sit in the front seat so he told me Normy had to sit in the back and then he saw where the cat scratched me last night and asked me about the scratches. When I told him that they were from my cat he acted like he did not believe me and said they looked like something else. I am so naive that I don't even know what he was tiring to imply. After all that we still had PLENTY of time to make it back and get Parker from school, but I have yet to make my salsa:)

Oh, It looks wonderful! I still think the picture of the sexy cop would have been more "interesting".. he. he.
Yay! Amber!!! I was so excited to see you have a blog! Great post, you're so hilarious. I'm so slow, I was amazed he actually smiled and posed for a picture. Shush, Annie.
Amber I love your blog it is so cute!! Love the story!!
How in the world did you get away with just a warning? You had to have winked or something, come on!! AMBER!! Welcome to blogging heaven! You and your Nasvan! Hey, there's your next post... How did I miss seeing your Nasvan when we were there??
Yeah, a blog for Amber! How the heck did you get off with a warning? Speeding and Normy in the front seat, so lucky! I have yet to ever get off, all 4 times!
Hi Amber, love the blog...it looks great! Great story, what a day! My TJ loved your costume on Thursday. He said he liked the "army" guy best. :)
You are hilarious! I love it. I am going to add you to my blog: thelemkezoo.blogspot.com. Can't wait to see what else you come up with.
So nobody told me that you guys had a blog. I had to find it from a friend of a friend of a friend of a family member who I accidentally fell upon. I'm glad you guys finally started the blog and I hope to see some good stuff on here.
And what a dumb cop. They are so paranoid about everything, I guess its better safe than sorry when it comes to "domestic violence."
We are excited to see everyone this weekend!
Sweet blog. Keep up the good work.
